- Do I need a plan?
- Not to send one fax — that is $4.99, no subscription and no account. Uploading and previewing every page is free either way, so you can check the page count before you decide.
- Can I receive faxes?
- Yes, on a subscription. You get your own fax number, and anything sent to it arrives in your inbox. A single fax sends only.
- Can I fax internationally?
- To over 150 countries. Enter the number with its country code; international pages draw on the same allowance.
- How do I know it arrived?
- Every fax gets a delivery confirmation with the time it was received and the number of pages transmitted. If a line is busy or a machine does not answer, we retry and tell you either way.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, whenever you like. No phone call and no retention offer. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Is there an app?
- There is an Android app, which adds camera scanning for paper documents — the one thing a browser genuinely cannot do. Everything else works the same here, with nothing to install.
